Engineering
We are looking for willing and enthusiastic engineering volunteers to help restore and keep the locomotive maintained.
No previous experience or skills is required to join the engineering department this is because full guidance and training will be given to new members. But ideally a background in engineering would be ideal
Once the locomotive is acquired the engineering team will meet every Saturday with the main focus for the restoration and upkeep of the loco whilst under the guidance of our engineering manager and team leaders

Sales and Fundraising
We are always looking for volunteers to join our sales and fundraising team.
We always plan to attend a wide variety of Events throughout the course of the year in order to raise much needed funds towards the purchase, upkeep and restoration of the Class 60. Our plan to include attending a number of Model Railway events and Diesel Galas.
Members with knowledge of this particular area would also be useful to the group.
In order for us to achieve these goals, we need volunteers who will assist with our sales and fund raising activities as well as helping order for our online store and the distribution of merchandise.

Media
We are looking for volunteers to help with running our social media pages and a Videographer along with an Editor to run our YouTube channel and create videos as well as filming our monthly vlogs
Experience is preferred as we are looking for our social media pages to be updated regularly with news keeping the Class 60 Preservation Group up to date and looking fresh. For the media team work can be done flexibly to help suit your free times.
Experience would also be required for a Videographer and Editor. We would require the videoghraphers to meet every Saturday along with the engineering team, this is so that filming can be done while the engineering team are at work to create our monthly vlogs for our Youtube Channel
